These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Glossy.pk and orders placed through the website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

Orders and confirmation

An order request is subject to stock availability, payment or Cash on Delivery verification, address verification and acceptance by Glossy.pk. An automated order message does not guarantee dispatch. Glossy.pk may contact the customer to confirm an order and may decline suspected fraudulent orders, incomplete orders or repeated rejected Cash on Delivery orders.

Product information

Glossy.pk aims to present accurate product names, images, descriptions, availability and prices. Screen settings, lighting and photography can cause slight colour differences. Measurements may have a reasonable manual tolerance. Materials, finishes, included pieces, warranty and care details apply only when stated for the exact product.

Third-party names may appear in legacy product URLs or supplier data. Their appearance does not by itself establish affiliation, authorisation or authenticity. Visible product content should use accurate, legally reviewed descriptions.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery fees, taxes and payment options are shown at or before checkout. Glossy.pk may correct clear pricing or catalogue errors before dispatch and will contact the customer when an order is affected.

Delivery, returns and risk

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, damaged-item claims and refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. Responsibility for the parcel transfers according to applicable law and the confirmed delivery record.

Accounts and acceptable use

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for the accuracy of information submitted through the site. The website must not be misused for unlawful activity, security interference, fraudulent orders or unauthorised copying.

Intellectual property

Website text, original photography, graphics, logos and other original content belong to Glossy.pk or their respective rights holders and may not be copied or republished without permission.
