Refund and Returns Policy

We want every customer to understand the return conditions before ordering. An eligible item may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery when it is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original packaging, tags and included accessories.

For hygiene, safety or customisation reasons, pierced jewellery, personalised products and visibly used items cannot be returned. Sale items, beauty tools, skincare, electrical devices or other sensitive product types may have separate conditions. The applicable rule should be stated on the product page or confirmed before checkout.

To request a return, email support@glossy.pk or WhatsApp 0318 1321499. Include your order number, the reason for the request and clear photographs. Do not send an item back until the return has been acknowledged and return instructions have been provided.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, record a continuous unboxing video beginning with the sealed parcel and ending with a clear view of the item. Send the video, photographs and order number promptly so the claim can be assessed.

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Online payments are returned through the available original method. Eligible Cash on Delivery refunds may be issued by bank transfer or store credit. Processing typically takes 7–10 working days after inspection.

Original delivery charges and return courier charges are not refundable unless Glossy.pk confirms that the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged under an approved claim.
