Shipping Policy

Glossy.pk dispatches orders from Lahore to serviceable locations across Pakistan. Orders within Lahore typically arrive in 1–2 working days after dispatch. Orders to other major cities typically arrive in 2–4 working days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays, severe weather, security restrictions, courier backlogs and incomplete addresses may extend these estimates.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. The courier is selected according to the destination, parcel and order value. When tracking is available, it will be shared using the phone number, WhatsApp number or email provided with the order.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete name, active phone number, house or building details, street, area, city and any landmark needed by the courier. Contact Glossy.pk as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed before dispatch. Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery parcels may affect future order eligibility.

Inspect the parcel promptly after delivery. If there is visible damage or an incorrect item, preserve the packaging and contact support@glossy.pk with the order number, an unboxing video and clear photographs.

Glossy.pk does not currently offer international shipping unless an international option is explicitly displayed at checkout.
