Products Eligible for Exchange/Return:
- Products eligible for exchange or return must have a complaint raised within 24 hours after delivery.
- To initiate a complaint, please contact us at support@glossy.pk. Make sure to attach your invoice and clear pictures of the product.
- Only products in their original condition will be considered for exchange or return. This means they must be unopened, sealed, undamaged, with all stickers and tags intact, and packed in their original packaging.
- We do not provide cash refunds; instead, we offer store credit or product exchange.
- To claim any damage or missing products, please ensure to record a video before opening the parcel. Claims without video records cannot be processed further.
Hassle-Free Return and Exchange:
- Our return and exchange policy allows for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for shipping expenses when returning items. We do not compensate for shipping charges.
- Please allow 10-15 business days to process returns or exchanges.
- Note that switched, broken, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy:
